Maximum number of participants: 8; up to 22 years of age
The best one of the students, as determined by maestro François Chaplin, will have the opportunity to perform at the festival in Pontlevoy, France, 15-31.07.2024, whose artistic director is François Chaplin. The costs of accommodation and meals are covered by the festival organisers.
The Masterclass is open to young pianists of all nationalities

Eligibility:
- Each applicant must send a 10-minute non-edited audio-visual recording of their performance by 10.04.2024 to the email address of the “Ventsislav Yankoff” Foundation: foundation@vyankoff.com, as a downloadable link from WeTransfer or a similar platform.
- Content of the audio-visual recording – the musical work(s) is entirely at the applicant’s choice

- Initial application fee: 50 BGN
- Full entry fee: BGN 350; the amount of BGN 50 for the initial application fee is deducted from the full entry fee.

Classes:
Each student will have the opportunity to receive three individual lessons of 45 minutes each. Upon approval, candidates will be sent the final course syllabus.
Course start: 13.05.2024 at 15.30h.
The students’ concert will take place in the hall of the French Institute in Sofia on 17.05.2024 at 19.00. Entrance is free until the seats run out. To register your entry at the concert hall you can send an email by 16.05.2024 at: foundation@vyankoff.com

- To apply in this competition, please submit your registration form at: foundation@vyankoff.com, by filling the application form (download: Entry form, Consent form, Consent form for minors)
- For candidates under the age of 18, it is mandatory that the registration form has to be filled in and submitted by the candidate and their parent(s)/guardian who officially can represent the candidate at the competition
- If any of the requirements and conditions described above and in the registration form are not met, the candidate will be disqualified from the selection and the competition
- The application form will be accepted until 10.04.2024.
